I don't feel the need to apologize for the fact that my employees felt threatened enoough to call the police. I am sorry it got to that pointThis is a lot of he said she said from both sidesThis should be closed and both parties can learn from this situation

as far as the current complaint toward the dealership,we have been accused of many multiple items,theft and distrust,and so on..at this point this whole transaction has been above and beyond
normal...we fixed the vehicle,she got a gm paid for rental car,she got her check for reimbursement on expenses paid at purchasing dealer,also an apology from me on the tie up time for the reimbursement request through gm,the claim was not approved in record time,all reimbursements also are mailed to the customer..there has been name calling and dealership bashing on social media also that definitely crosses the line,thats why the only option was for us to call the police to see how to approach this as I showed them all the screenshots from facebook and local Webster reviews...and several emails from the customer with her demands......I also received a call from gm customer assistance with the whole transaction twisted around......and to this day we have not received apology from her husband when he went off on my Subaru service advisor accusing us of theft,we had their receipt the whole time to turn into gm for proof of expenses so they could get the reimbursement process started,maybe they should have made a copy to keep

My husband had to call the police to get our original reciept. All I want is then NOT TO LIE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER and to apologize for LYING to me for 3 weeks that my check hhad been mailed when in fact it was sitting on someones desk and never mailed.
