On Nov 2, 2012, I appeared as plaintiff in Santa Barbara Small Claims court against my son's former orthodontist, Alex Trigonis I made three allegations:
(1) incompetence (malpractice): DrTrigonis botched the orthodontic preparation of my son for jaw surgery
(2) breach of contract: DrTrigonis demanded additional money to fix his work
(3) fraud: DrTrigonis falsified the dates of service to increase the amount due him (calculated via proration)
