Review: I ordered on 9/8/2013 pants with size 36 and after them fitting it turned on they are to small and 5 days later I ordered pants with size 38 /order # [redacted]/, but I returned order # [redacted].Return department did not accepted my return , they said this pants were worn , but this is absolutely not true , because I fitted them only one time and send them back with original tags, I'm not the person who play dirty games with internet stores . I did many purchases online and it never happened such situation for me.thank youDesired Settlement: I would like to get refund and to receive strong apologize words for troubles what met in my age with this company.
Review: I recently went into Dr Jays in [redacted] and bought 3 pairs of footwear for my 10 year old son. The items I purchased were on clearance and name brand.among the items were a pair of timberland field boots size 7 for my son and timberland construction boots size 7 also for my son. I did ask the sales clerk at the register what was the return policy just incase they do not fit and I have to bring them back because I didn't bring my son with me at the time to try on and she did say 7 days with the receipt no cash refunds only store credit.I used my credit card. I agree with the store policy because I'm familiar with it from years ago when I did purchase items there when I was in high school. Fast forwarding to getting home, I told my son to try the field boots on first and they fit so I didn't bother to have him try on the contruction boots. I opened it to look at it and usually I do it in store but I was in a rush to get home. I looked them over at home and notice on the tongue of the boots that the timberland sign was sown on upside down and the I began to further inspect to the boot and they look counterfeit.I have never owned a pair of them myself but my friends do have them. It looked like they displayed real looking models on the floor. Now I am going to the store tomorrow December 17th after work to see if I can get it refunded onto my credit card.I am writing you to please please please investigate this establishment because consumers such as I work hard to pay for the things they like and at least I can get my money's worth if they were the legit pair. This is unfair and I don't think anyone should have to waste money on products that will deteriorate in a few months versus lasting some years. The return policy on the back of the receipt doesn't say anything about returning on a credit card so maybe I can talk to a store manager regarding this matter.
