I am rejecting this response because:
As far as the charge, they are entitled to it, I understand that there is a charge. My main dispute is that on November 13, I spoke to *** inquiring about getting my recordsShe said they would send them to me and
that there was no chargeI then called her on November and asked if she had heard anything back and she said noI told her she was going against my rights as far as me being able to have my recordsShe told me she dealt with this a few months ago with another patient and spoke to her house attorney and she was within her rightsShe called me back while I was on the phone with the Board of Healing Arts and she then called again and I spoke to her and she told me that she had talked to her supervisor and they released rights and it would be more convenient if I went through the attorneyI told her I do not conduct business with the attorney now that the workman’s comp case has been settledThen she kept asking me what I needed my records for, which is none of her businessShe was depriving me of my civil rights
