According to my information *** *** had
spoken to *** ***, which works for ***, to purchase material to build her garageShe is correct in saying that she wanted to build in January and *** recommended someone to complete the job, the concrete did not take properly, so *** did stay there many hours and nights to repair and upgrade the concrete floor for herAll concrete has dents in it, that is nothing new*** *** built her garage which is not employed by *** ***All was fine until garage was finished*** then would not pay the full amount of the garageWith many calls and trying to rectify the payment, she then said she would not pay ***With that *** told her fine, he would settle, and they were finished, he would not do anymore, as there were a lot of extra costs that he had to pay from the ground up
Several months later *** had called and stated that the soffit was rippled*** had then told her that she kept *** and he told her that he would not do anything elseAt one point he was going to send someone else out to rectify the problem, however she kept calling and then called the owner of the *** (which happens to be ***' father)Then she showed up at the store to show *** the pictures and spoke to him about it (which *** had no idea on the extent of the phone calls and the hold back of monies) and he told her (at the time *** was hospitalized) that he would look into it
*** spoke with *** and that is when he found out about the *** in which *** had to pay for out of his pocket, due to rectify the issues she stated she had, he would not do anything until speaking with ***And *** did not like the idea that she went to the owner (which happens to be his father) on something he had nothing to do with
Overall *** only supplied the materials for this, had nothing to do with the concrete floor or the construction of the job
The owner of the *** (*** ***) will forward this complaint and copies of letters to his lawyer for further assistance on this matter

Woodland ***/*** *** was hired to supply materal and construct a garage for *** ***She never hired *** *** to do anythingIf *** did the slab then he was hired by *** ***What they are saying is an out right lie*** *** was hired by *** *** to build a garage and not anybody elseAs it happens on Monday June 12,8:32am*** has a voice mail from *** from "Hello *** *** here from woodlandJust giving you a shoutI'm gonna have my brother out to your place soon as he finished up a project that he is doing for me maybe today maybe tomorrowI dont know it might be Wednesday but I am gonna be out sometime this week with him to fix that up but yeah no worries I will be there this week for sure me and thank youBye" *** *** had a copy of ***'s house and garage key, *** requested to have them back and he said he put them in the mail approximately months ago and *** has still not received the key to her garage or homeAs the receipt shows all money received from *** *** was paid to *** *** at Woodand *** no money was exchanged between *** and ***mie ***The receipt states uphappy with garage slab $*** discount to resolve slab issueSigned by *** *** for Woodland *** also states garage paid in full for ***
