I have the contract here that the company gave me a warranty of 5 years 07/18/16 to replace the lift station pump at a cost of $2,579.94. Since I have gotten it installed it keeps giving me issues because apparently this is not the correct pump that should be under my home. The company installed it therefore they should take this and install the proper one. I paid them good money and I continue to pay them every 4 - 5 months to come fix the pump since it is not the proper one then it keeps malfunctioning. At this rate I could just pay them for the correct one because that is how much money they have weaseled out of me. Not to mention everytime I ask to speak to management there is a man that is extremely rude and doesn't talk to me how a normal person who runs a business talks to a customer. I have had an issue with this same man for about 3 years because he refuses to change my pump. He comes and fixes it for 75 dollars usually and today he was asking for 250$ which is almost three times the price. I am not sure where he gets off thinking that I am going to pay him almost three times the rate that I have been paying him for 3 years.

Unfortunately, the business replaced the pump about three months later, we had to keep calling them and they kept having to order the pump. They damaged something or didn’t connect the pump correctly because now there is a large amount of damage from the pump under my house. I have the invoice and I believe the company should pay for it. It’s about 6,500$ I have all the information from the company fixing it the contractor said where the leak came from (the pump).

We had Drain Help out to clear a "backup" in our pipe. We called based on their great reviews and $77.00 fee for drain cleaning and cleanout. They cleaned out our mainline pipe and ran a camera for a charge of $385.00. They indicated we had a crack in the mainline pipe which was causing our issue. They gave us an estimate for sewer repair for $3500.00 to complete the work. We chose to get several bids for pipe replacement. Based on Drain Help's description of the issue, where the problem was located and the markings they made in our yard, we received bids/feedback from another plumber/drain company and a general contractor. We chose a company and had the pipe dug up for replacement. Upon exposure of the entire mainline pipe within our yard, there were no cracks/leaks discovered in the pipe. We called the company back to get a refund for the camera inspection and perhaps recoup some of the $1200.00 we paid to dig up a perfectly good pipe. At this point, DrainHelp then indicated that the original fees we paid to them were for a "special pipe hydrocleaning" and not a camera inspection. They now indicated they did the camera inspection for free and the charges were solely for the "hyrocleaning". We did not ask for this special cleaning and clearly understood the $385.00 was for the camera inspection and cleaning combined. Our mainline has 2 separate 90 degree turns. They indicated they could never get past the second 90 degree turn and the crack was in the portion of pipe prior to this second 90 degree bend. We exposed the entire pipe up to this point (and beyond) and there were no cracks. We have pictures and video. We gave them 2 separate opportunities to correct the situation but they only continued to make excuses and deny any culpability.

Yes this customer called us for main sewer back up and we went there to clear drain and they have almost 70 years old cast iron pipe after 15 feet abs plastic pipe section and we recommended to hydro jetting with camera inspection.Husband was talking to me at all time and wife never showed her face after husband talked to his wife in the back room they were agree to hydro jetting and camera inspection.I did jetting and camera inspection and I told them that camera is not going further appr 50 feet later and I located the line .Also I gave them estimate to dig up and replace that section with installing another cleanout .They says that they will think about it .By the way line is clear and they have cleaning warranty.later on they called own their guy to dig up and replace the line and they could not find the pipe . Number one question why they did not call me to ask where the pipe is ? Number 2 their guy dug up 6 or 7 feet and I don’t know what direction he dug up ? Number 3 if they did not find the pipe that’s not my contract about this repair and I am not responsible!!!!! And they have a face to ask meMoney back my $650 worth it job which I did only $385 that means this people have no clue hydro jetting camera is inspection line location market price I recommend them they should call rescue roofer roto rooter mr rooter or bill Howe plumbing how much they charge this job what I did !!!!
