I ordered two dredsocks on 02.03.2015 for a total of $51.20. I received them in the mail separately. No invoice was e-mailed to me or was in the envelopes. I decided to return them as I no longer needed them. I looked up the return policy and was unsure of the address to send the return. I began calling on 02.18.2015. The mailbox was full. I sent my first e-mail on 02.22.15 requesting information on how to return a product. I continued to call as well and was unable to reach anyone. I decided to return the items to the address listed on the website Dreadsock Inc. [redacted] I purchased a delivery confirmation. I have sent 6 e-mails to the e-mailed addresses listed on the website since 2.22.15 and have not had any response.
