I HAVE ALL EMAILS FROM HIM SAVED he then would only return my monies if I let him keep 2503.00 dollars for a restocking fee??ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THIS GUY HAS BEEN SITTING ON 6185.00 OF MY MONIES COLLECTING INTEREST FOR OVER 14 WEEKS!!Desired Settlement: I WANT ALL OF MY MONIES RETURNED IN FULL 6172.00 DOLLARS

To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to begin by saying that this particular complainant, [redacted], because he paid his deposit in cash, felt that he should have gotten differential treatment believing that cash would give him a special place in out schedule.
We explained from the onset that that wouldn’t be the case and that he would have to wait just like every other one of our, may I add, VERY satisfied customer did and do. An explanation of how our scheduling works is included in our contract (a copy with all the pertinent information highlighted is attached). We do give our customers a general “idea” of when we may be starting but, the sheer nature of the business makes it practically impossible to forecast the future. We work outside, it rains! This year alone probably accounted for the most days that we ever lost because of rain.
Rain being only one of the variables, there is always the chance of employee illness, vacations and the size of the various jobs, just to name a few.
In regards to [redacted] not getting his full deposit back, a 20% restocking fee upon customer cancellation is clearly noted on the front of our contract (also attached with the pertinent info, highlighted). We have to pay it to our supplier! Any other monies deducted from his deposit went towards township permits, drawings, copies etc... There were a lot of things already set in motion when [redacted] decided that he wanted to cancel a week before we were set to start.
With that being said, I have also attached a couple of email correspondences as an example of the different “tones” displayed by Dream Deck Designs as well as [redacted].
To be quite frank, I am somewhat concerned as we have 2 jobs coming up on [redacted]’s street and I really would not put vandalizing our tool trailer past him? I truly hope that is not the case but 1 honestly don’t know what to think or expect at this point.
Sincerely,
