Today we received notice that someone tried to cash the stopped check, but failed because of the stop orderSomeone may have stolen their mail, we do not know

Unfortunately our video hard drives were damaged by an electrical surge and we lost all of the footage of [redacted] and [redacted]'s wedding. This happened right as we were about to export the video to DVD. We tried recovering the footage, but once the files were recovered, they were not playable. This honestly broke our heart. This is the first catastrophic event that we had encountered after performing over 3500 weddings. Since this event, we have taken the steps to avoid any similar event.

Knowing that we had committed the ultimate sin to a client, we offered [redacted] and [redacted] a full refund for the video portion of her package, a 16x20, and the offer to reshoot their a vow renewal here in Oahu, plus the expenses of that production (minister, flowers) would be covered.
