Having been a customer of this company for several years it was not until recently that I began to have issues I requested for service to one of my units several times, all times a new problem would be blamed for the condensation and poor cooling of my until Each time I would be charged and each time I would pay - a new charge Taking the recommendation of another company to seal the attic, I requested a quote for Energy Systems The company doesn't follow up with these appointments and the "Quote Person" basically makes his or her own schedule They do not call to confirm appointments and the office claims to not have "anything to do with that department" If you looking for a company who really cares to fix an issue, keep looking I was very disappointed in being a customer for many years, dealing with the same issue - only to have a "Quote person" show up to my home and not have the courtesy to leave a message or try to confirm a time for my appointment I often wonder if the owner even aware, quotes turn into jobs and money for the company - very disappointed, they just lost loyal customer
