is made to attach to the frame in this manner.  The right lens by the way is secured in the exact same manner.  At times these cords can stretch or the lens pop out in which case the patient can bring them by the office and the optician can quickly reattach the lens at no charge to the patient.  I believe the patient was not familiar with this type of frame and lens arrangement, but can be assured that it was installed properly.

Review: I have ordered my daughter's eye glasses. The left lens is not attached to the frame of the glasses. So my daughter showed it and explained the situation to the lady at the reception desk. She denied there was a problem.Desired Settlement: We want the left lens to be attached the glasses frame.
