Review: I dropped my coat off at Elm Drycleaners in Dec and they lost the belt that goes with it but are refusing to pay for a new belt or pay for the jacket. The jacket is made that you must use a belt. I got it for Christmas. The employee at the Cleaners, Elm Drycleaners in Lincoln, CA made a mistake but the company should own up to the mistake but in their eyes the customer is always wrong. Can you help please? This is not right. They should be put out of business if the customers are always wrong and they are always right. Their employee made a mistake and lost the belt. HELP PLEASEDesired Settlement: Either pay for a new belt or pay for my jacket and I will give them my jacket. I cant use it without the belt

Review: 4/22/13 picked my coat, it wasnt properly pressed and it was shrunken by 5" on sleeves and the body by another 5-6 inches and coat felt tight all over

So, the clerk said they would redo it, went back to pick it put on 4/27, sleeves were still too short, not pressed and over all the coat was shrunk. Its a virgin wool and cashmere coat, now it look like a short jacket. Complained talk to the owner, he said they can get it resolved, went back to pick it up 5/2 still unresolved., called owner (rick)said he would call me back and since then he has not called, after my calling 5-6 times. Today I called 4 times and no answer. I left messages but no answer. Desired Settlement: I would like him to financially replace the coat that is damaged...I would not be able to purchase the exact one again. It is an Ellen Fisher coat from Nordstrum and its value is at least $378. I asked him if he would remedy the damages and he said it was willing to, but my messages have gone unresponded so far.

they have re tried to redo the coat so as to make it better about 5 times so far, but the coat continues to look damaged and it has lost the body of the coat as I had it and its shape is very distorted abd look very much faded. ...it made it worst. He of late has referred me to his manager to handle the issue, and he personally has not taken responsibility for the poor job done on my coat...it now looks like a coat that has been worn for years without care. He has not even had the courtesy to return my money or make amends to replace it financially...keep insisting that they can undo the damage and base on the appearance my coat thus far...I dont think they will be successful. Plus earlier he has repeatedly avoid my calls to check on the status of his decision as to what he is going to do.

Review: I launder my own shirts, so I only have dry cleaning done when I need my wool garments cleaned and pressed. I bought a $15 groupon for Dry Clean Today, thinking it would be a bargain. I was wrong.I brought them 2 blazers, 2 dress pants, and 1 cashmere sweater. My black blazer had a small stain, which I pointed out to the lady who took my order. I should have known something was up right away, she didn't mark the stain with red tape or anything. She just took the clothes, tried to sell me on some tailoring services, gave me my receipt and told me to come back in a few days.So I pick up the clothes today, and of course, the stain on my black blazer was still clearly visible. My navy blazer actually has a crease where one shouldn't be right on the front of the jacket no less. Worst of all- the thing that motivated me to come here and write my first Yelp review ever- was that my cashmere sweater is completely ruined. It now has several holes in it, including a very large prominent hole right on front by the collar.
