Dry Kleaning By McKleans

Review: Last week I dropped off a ** suit and a shirt to McKleans dry cleaner. I got a receipt and just put it in my car. Today I go to pick up my clothes, hand them the receipt, pay for it, and check my clothes. There is no suit jacket. I ask him for it, and he says there isn't one. I said I dropped it off. He says I didn't and that the receipt only shows pants. When I insist that I did, he said just repeated that I didn't and that if I did, it would be on the receipt. I asked him to look in the back and to double check and he said no. When I ask if he would do anything about it, he said no. He points to a sign on the wall, that says that it's the customers responsibility to check the receipt. I told him that I only have 2 suits for work, and that the one I dropped off was very expensive. He says he doesn't care how much it was. He was so rude to me, and uncaring about his customers. He didn't apologize or say that he would look for an extra jacket or even offer to take my name and number in case it shows up. I know it is just a suit, but the shock of being spoken to so rudely in my own town, just about brought me to tears.Desired Settlement: I would like him to make an effort to look for my [redacted] suit jacket and if he finds it to clean it and return it to me, no charge. An apology for being so rude to my, would be nice.
