2-10-2016 Today was our first experience with Jeff K[redacted] and DryerVent Wizard. First of all, he called this morning to say he was running a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. When he got here, he went straight to the dryer area to determine the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. He offered two options and explained in detail what each one would do. He was very professional. When I decided which option to go with, he began immediately. It was complicated but he stayed with it until it was fixed to his satisfaction. I thought his charges were reasonable, especially for what he had to do. We were completely satisfied and would recommend him highly. Five Stars!","pos-2
My mom's dryer took 2 cycles to dry, while getting her washer serviced, the tech suggested calling a dryer vent service because her vent hose was not up to code (it looked like it was made of plastic) and wasn't blowing the heat out very much. Remembering the T.V. ads for Dryer Vent Wizard, and seeing the house fire footage, we called and made an appointment right away. Jeff, the owner was friendly and professional. He agreed the hose was out dated, and turned out, the hose ran from the back of the dryer, over 18 feet under the house! He worked so hard under the house for over 3 hours and replaced the entire line with a metal vent. Now the dryer blows the heat out so much better, one short dryer cycle is all she needs. I know we tend to take things like dryer vents for granted, but it's important to take care of yours today! Thanks again Jeff!","pos-1
My wife recently contacted Dryer Vent Wizard to have our dryer vent cleaned. The Technician found the exhaust vent had become disconnected. After explaining the situation, he came up with a quote of $1241.00 to repair the system which is approximately three times the cost of a new system. Admittedly, she agreed to this outlandish charge . There are less than $100 in parts on a completely new system. For example he charged $78 for a vent cover that can be purchased at any home improvement store for $10. This is the most outlandish over chargeI have ever experienced. ","neg-1
