offer optimal system performance. We offered free recycling as we do at all of our locations.Mr. [redacted] came back on 10/2/2015 and purchased a refurbished [redacted] G5 for $169.99. As with all of our systems for sale (new, refurbished or used) the [redacted] was fully setup and powered on for customers to try out, test and validate before purchasing. All systems for sale are also accompanied with a summary sheet listing system information as well as a spec sheet listing component specific stats and as always our staff is available to answer any questions customers may have.On 10/5/2015 Mr. [redacted] called with a complaint about the system he purchased stating he was having problems connecting to his wifi and printing. Our refurbished systems are covered under warranty. Mr. [redacted] was made aware and it was suggested he bring it for us to look at. Mr. [redacted] did bring in the system but returned a couple hours later and before a tech had a chance to look at it requesting the system back. He also requested his [redacted] (which he calls 'his [redacted]'). His old system was located and returned to the Augusta store for him to pick up.He has yet to pick it up.
