Review: On the [redacted] day of April, 2015 we have placed an Order via e-mail for the removal, return to Dun-Rite, pack, crate, load to trailer and move to New Jersey the following goods: 3bronze sculptures by Juan S[redacted] to take place between April **, 2015 and May **, 2015. Upon review of DunRites submitted invoice for the subject interstate move, wefound that they are in violation of several points. SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS Carrier did not prepare or provide a bill of lading. ESTIMATES/FINAL CHARGES You did notprovide a concise, easy-to-read written (binding or non-binding) estimate of the charges. Carrier not honor a binding estimate. Carrier requested more than 110% of anon-binding estimate at the time of delivery of the shipment. Estimated freight charges: $ 9,320.78 Total freight charges requested at delivery: $ 20,059.22 In addition toovercharges, carrier is continuously sending bogus requests for payment for unsubstantiated storage fees instead of delivering the goods. HOSTAGE Carrier did not relinquishpossession of the shipment Shipment is 25 days beyond delivery as of 6/**/2015 Amount requested of $20,059 is in excess of $10,738.44 vs estimate of $9,320.78 As ofthis date carrier has not delivered the goods to the address provided at [redacted]Desired Settlement: We sent a demand letter for the immediate delivery of the goods on 06/**/2015. We advised the carrier that if we do not receive the delivery of goods within 5 business days from the date of the letter and they still have not complied. We demand the mover to deliver immediately and adjust the billing to the accepted price of $9,320.78 which will be paid within 5 business days of delivery. We reserve the right to continue enforcement activities including government complaints and legal action.
