took my pump and motor in for impeller replacement. Bought from Dunham in 2008. Ron D[redacted] stated they don't make this any longer and he didn't have parts, but he had a [redacted]. I asked if it was the same as the one I had and he stated a firm "Yes". And he stated he had parts for that system. He charged me $485.00 + tax for the 2 hp system. He said he was giving me a discount. I asked what the discount was; he replied, if it were installed the price is over $600.00. Where's the discount I wondered? After hook up, it was obvious something electrical wasn't right,. When I called Ron D[redacted], it was as if he was expecting my call. He interrupted me before I could finish, and told me it wouldn't work I needed to convert. At that word, I wasn't listening. I wasn't going to convert anything, and he didn't mention anything thing about "convert" when I purchased the new system. My old system was 110/220V capable; I was using 110. I was sold a 220V. When I returned the working system, Ron D[redacted] was outrageously, verbally abusive yelling everything from calling me a b... to using the Lords name in vain again and again. He gave me the CC refund, then refused to give me back the original receipts! I swiped the papers from his hands and left the premise.
