When a customer comes in to pick up unit we always run the unit in front of them and we did that for her as well. I am faxing a copy of the work order for the work we did on her unit. When she called to inform us about it not staffing. We informed her to bring it in for us to look at again and she never brought unit back in.We called her today and asked about her unit. She told us that she has been too busy to bring it back in.
