I woke up 4am to a gas leak and the gas company had to cut if for until my apartment complex fixed the problem
I put a work order in at 5:30am to asap fix the problem Then went as soon as they open to the office to drop of the letter that was given to the gas companyMay gas hot work and heat was off for days until they got around to fixing it I had been emailing the the manager and going up to the office and calling They know I have a year old son and a month old daughter in the house with me I have said that time and time again in the emailsI've had to pay for them to go to friends house to wash and pay to eat out due to Dunwoody Crossing not fixing my leak for days ...And all the could offer was off my rent That showed me they don't care about my kids well being or mindhad it would of been another family of different back ground they would of cared more or offeredThis company cares or about their money then the people which is sadIf I did

We have been contacting the leasing office regarding the mold growing throughout our apartment since July 16th
We contacted the leasing office regarding mold growing in the apartment and management is giving us the run around regarding fixing this issue This is an unsafe living condition and management does not careThe issue first started on July 16th and has grown since thenWe have mold in our closet, clothes, shoes, under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom, the window seals, the bathroom walls, the refrigerator, the microwave, just the whole apartment They are refusing to relocate us to another apartment unless we pay for the new apartment
