My experience was LAUGHABLE. I literally left and had a good chuckle b/c it was such a joke. I walked in looking to buy a power cable and the owner helped me find it. I wanted to check the price online to see if it was reasonable b/c it had been so long since I bought one and the owner was clearly annoyed that I would ever think to be a smart shopper. I checked their competitor guitar center and found it was 5 dollars cheaper. When I asked him if he could price match the FIVE dollars, he said "No I don't do that, you're already disqualified, IM NOT SELLING ANYTHING TO YOU." I said ok and walked out.
If he had just said a simple "no sorry I can't do that", I might have just bought it anyways. My experience was way different then all the other reviews. Oh well.

I'll never return. If you don't like poor customer service and grumpy old men who are easily insulted, do not shop here. If you don't care about that stuff, go ahead.
