They sold me a car with no airbags.Car has been racked but not showing up on any car fax. They told me its my car I need to get it fix.[redacted] with a warnty, but car is over miles so [redacted] wont fix transmission, airbags, brakes, roders, ties, lights.I've called the dealer day after day.but no help.[redacted] its understanding how the this car car fax is wrong. That means the vin number is not the right one for my car because what other way can both airbags be busted.Desired SettlementI wont all my money back so am able to buy me a new car.I have not had transportation in ten years.I had to ride the bus. That was so painful, because one didnt knw how and I still had to walk because my house is a long way from a bus stop.

Mr. [redacted] sold me a [redacted] on 6/14/2014. He would not let me test drive the car, knowing that there were major issues with the car. On Jun 14, 2014, I asked Mr. [redacted] several times if I could test drive the car, he kept coming up with excuses as to why I could not test drive it. the day that I got the car the brakes were squealing, I asked Mr. [redacted] about it, he "stated that "the car had been sitting for awhile and that the squealing would stop eventually" A week after I got the car, there were issues with the car starting, I contacted Mr. [redacted] and informed him that I was having problems with the car cranking right away, I told him that I would have to turn the ignition several times before it started. He told me to take the car to the mechanic that they use, I did this every time the car would not start. The mechanic started getting upset with me for bringing the car over to the shop so much. A few days later, the key got stuck in the ignition and I could not get it out, I called Mr [redacted], who would come up with ridiculous excuses as to why the car wouldn't start right away and why the car was stuck. Then, about a month later, I was driving the car and the car kept reeving up, it was not changing gears automatically like it was suppose to. I called Mr. [redacted] again, I told him that I about the situation, he said "sometimes the [redacted] are slowing changing gear". I took the car to a mechanic, who checked the transmission flood and added some, the mechanic said that "if the fluid doesn't work, it's the transmission". The car is still reeving, not change gears automatically. A week later, I was on my way to church in Raleigh, and the car started accelerating by itself, I went to hit the brakes and the brakes went all the way down to the floor, and just began to pump and pump the brakes. The car slowed down and all of a sudden, it seemed like the bottom was coming out from under the front of the car. At this point the ABS light, check engine light and the traction control lights came on and have been on since then. I called Mr. [redacted] at the dealership again, and he told me to take the car to another mechanic that he knew, I took a day off work, took it to the mechanic and the mechanic never did showed up at the shop, so I took the car back to [redacted] for another brake inspection and [redacted] informed me that the rotors and brake pads were gone in the car and that it would cost $559.00 to fix the brakes. The Tech at [redacted] stated "that the rotors, should have been changed before the dealership put new pads on the car. I called Mr. [redacted] again and he told me that he was not going to fix the car. Desired SettlementI would like to get my $1000.00 down payment back, that I paid for the car. I am asking for this because, Mr. [redacted], looked at my credit which is not so good, seen my desperate need for a car and capitalized on that. I should not have bought the car, when he did not allow me to test drive it first, but Mr. [redacted] assured me that was in good condition. I had just gotten a job at [redacted] and I needed a car very badly in order to keep my job. I am an [redacted] at a [redacted] in Raleigh, I have active duties there and in the community. Being an [redacted] and a [redacted], I am always going to rest homes, local prisons, hospitals, homeless shelters, battered women shelters, etc. I needed a car to get back and forth from Durham to Raleigh for [redacted] and to do other things in ministry. This is what I told Mr. [redacted] when I went to him looking for a car. He assured me that this was a reliable car, knowing all the while that he was selling me a car that was really no good. At this point, I don't think Mr. [redacted] would replace the car that I have with a better, more reliable car. Therefore, all I am asking is that he gives me back the $1000.00 that I paid as a down payment. Each time that I made a payment on the, the finance company would as me how the car is running and I would tell the about all of the issues that I am having with car, the conversations that I had with the [redacted] are documented conversations. Mr. [redacted], no doubt, put my life and the lives of others endanger because of the lies that he told when I bought the car. This car sold for $7,000.00, which I think is too much for car that is already having major issues. I can't afford to get a new transmission, or new brakes and/or a new starter. I just want my $1000.000 back. Due to the fact that the car is unsafe to drive, I am having to rent a car in order to get to work and do ministry. I should have not to rent a car, when I am paying for a car each month. Mr. [redacted] thinks that this situation is funny, there is nothing funny about jeopardizing my life or someone elses. Thank you so much for listening to my heart this morning.

I just have been dealing with them repairing my car over a month. I just want my money back and not have to do with them. Poor customer serviceI went to this business on 3/12/14 while test driving the check engine light came on and the tire on passenger side was tore. I told the sale guy I wanted it but those things had to be fixed. He assure me it would I put the money down they took the car to the shop said it will be back next day. It wasn't didn't get the car back until the nest week following. Drove down the street the light still came on and I took it back I was giving another loaner with no gas in it. My car had a full tank so, I had to put gas in the loaner three days went by the car finally car back. Owner said car was ready but I had to go get it from the repair shop rode all the way across town to get the car it had no gas in it. the light came back on as I was driving to the gas station. Took it back to the shop and sale guy said I can't believe it came on he said the owner said he would send it to the dealership. That was the third attempt then I was giving another loaner for another week. Meanwhile I rode past the shop that the car was at twice and it was their not at the dealership. The car came back the tire still was not fixed and the light came back on now the car was actually shutting off while driving and would not crank. I am pregnant and I have two small children I call the Auto Exchange and told dealer I was very upset and I just want my money back so I can get a dependable car so it can be safe for me and my family. The owner then said I put your payment on hold with finance company because we have another car coming in just like yours and I put you in that it is now the end of March. I had my car the total of a week. The didn't come in until the 2 of April I drove it for a test drive on the 5 of April then it was jerking and acting funny. I then took it home it cut off in my parking lot then it backfired and shutoff had to call the dealer and tell them what happen and I can't drive it. I was giving my car back with the light still on he told me to drive that until the car came back it came back that Saturday and I drove it to my parents house it started to bubble like something was draining and cut off at my parents house. I then had to call the sales guy and ask him to tow it and that I needed another car. he then gave my car back again it was still shutting off. I drove it to the lot to figure out what is a solution and can I get my money back. The owner still say that they are going to get it straight. I still do not have my car it is still shutting off and I just want my down payment back so I can stop dealing with them. I have been through 5 attempts to fix my car and 4 loaner and I am due to delivery this month. I still don't have dependable transportation for me and my children. Desired SettlementI just want my two thousand back even though I know that they don't give back refund. But that can't fix my car and I really don't want to do business with them anymore.
