The van was not held for or monthsI called him within a couple days because I noticed a leak on my drivewayHe advised he would tighten the bolt to stop the leakIt didn't stop the leak and this back and fourth situation had been going on for almost a yearThe time before last the van was taken it was around the holidays and kept for about four monthsWhen I inquired about what was taking so long he said he didn't have the manpower and he had taken a part-time cause he needed the moneyThe next day he called and assured me it was fixed nowThe same day the van was picked up I noticed the leak was still there and he hadn't done any work on the vanI took the van back and asked for detailed report of what was going to be done and that's when he texted me asking for an additional $for some computer replacementSeemed a little far fetched to me especially when there were no leak prior to him replacing the transmission and now all of a sudden you want $more and but never fixed the first problem
