The secretary and the office manager are the only two people that I am ok in dealing withI have called in several times with issues on things not coming off of my credit or regarding an account and things of that nature, (I have never received a bill and always pay my stuff based on it just by looking on my credit report)That said, there is one employee that has yet to grasp the concept of "customer service"As I said, I've had an issue with something that is already paid off, so I am not even in bad standing with the company, and I called about a year ago and the treatment was the same, from the same employeeShe feels the need to talk down to, and over me, like I am a child and don't understand anythingToday, I simply needed a reciept and that seemed to be impossible, she directed me to her office managerFor a recieptAny further dealings with this business will be dealt with face-to-face and only with the office managerIt doesn't pay to be rude
