I bought a brand new river Forest RV from BankstonFirst time I used it, the sink linked so bad it ruin the drawers below the sink and the subfloor caved in and was destroyedI made an appointment with the service department and brought it inThey had it for over two weeks before they even looked at itThey did NOT even call me back as promised to update me on the status of my RV repairThus, I called twice a week for over months to obtain when my RV will be repairOnce again they did not return my callsThen after 2+ months of this I found out they took my RV to a different town for the repair (they didn't even notified me they were transporting my RV to a differ town) and was waiting on Forest River company to decide on what they are going to do with the subfloor major repairAnd this period is prime time camping season! Then Forest River decide to transport my RV back to the manufactory in Indiana for repairs and they told me the repairs may take another 4-weeks
These guys made the buying experience horrible. Thet did nothing but lie to me through the entire process of ordering a teardrop trailer. Even after the sale they couldnt deliver what I needed to secure or register my trailer without having to call them and request what should have been sent before. Caught general manager in untruths after speaking with manufacturer. I will never deal woth these people ever again if I can help it.
