H.E.,R.,Mcontacted us and said that they got our name from an elevator company that went out of
business and they would do a free "check up" of our elevator They sent a very nice young man who
looked as if he was years or so The so called owner communicated with us on the phone but
never came out nor sent anyone else out after the so-called check up resulted in many problems
We agreed to fix what he said was broken (we just moved and never had an elevator) We paid
$and I want to add that he was here for three entire days until 10:o'clock at night I wanted
him to leave but the elevator was all taken apart When he finished or at least said so we had a
terrible noise all during the night as if the elevator was slipping Meanwhile no-one else ever came
out to check - only this very young man He left and ever since we have had that noise all night as
if the elevator is slipping down I have called many times and the so called owner named Dave
