This is going to be short.Yes *** *** got a trash bill from usOn Wed 5-24-17, There was a light white bag in bin with *** *** who has always in years has just 1-black bag.The men saw the other bag & did go thru it because it was different & saw *** on mail &
according to *** *** *** ** *** the men are to check & see whose it isThe *** *** *** ** ***tells me what to do & keeps me regulated.They brought copies of papers in, which I have enclosed some copies of.*** *** did call & was upset, she told the secretary she does notpay a trash bill & does not have our service, I just heard *** side she tried to talk to *** *** & next thing *** hung up.I ask *** about it, so I called *** *** back I tried to tell her that I was sorry she was so upset, but she wouldn't give me a chance to talk to herShe just kept saying she didn't pay a trash bill & wouldn't pay one for she takes to her Mother's in *** *** & other CoPicks up that way she don't payI tried to tell her that was illegal 2-Households--2-bills. I finally told her I would turn into *** *** *** & let them deal with it & she said she didn't care she wasn't paying bill.My men are good hard workers & do their jobs & do expect to be paidThey don't do this job for their health

We take checks, cash & money orders. We are open day a week, Monthru Sat, Sun 1-6. We have a drop box beside of door, checked every day! She lives only 1/miles from us.*** *** got behind on her bill Mar2017. We called her before stopping her service but
she never made an attempt to pay. So we had to stop service.On Nov3, She did come out & paid $128. PSC tells us no more that bags & lbs weight (workers comp law). She then came paid her Nov& Dec., plus xtra on Friday, Dec29, 2017. We ran on Jan2, due to New Years on Mona day later that run. We told her we would take all her trash. However we had to do our regular run to make sure we got all other customers. The truck picked her trash 8- bags about 8:30AM she called & was mad because they didn't take all at that time. She said she watched from door.I tried to tell her it would be picked up by that truck later after regular run. That truck didn't have room after run, so it had to go back after going to landfill, which it did & got all of it. I'm sorry she thought I was rude, but she wouldn't let me explain that it would be picked up on that day which it was! She had about bags, so the men said.The neighbors had called the solid waste authority *** * *** ***to do something. Her trash was on main road, pilled out so bad someone came close to hitting it & reported to *** ** ***. So needless to say, I got called & had to tell why it wasn't picked up. As far as saying freaking that is a weird word to use & I can't remember ever saying something like that to anyone.Her trash was completely cleaned up as I told her it would be! However, today Monday, Jan8, one bag was left due to both men on truck could not lift it & it was busted on ground. She just needs to keep bill paid & she wouldn't have this problem. We do work with people in financial bind, so trash will stay picked up. Like I say, we are opened days a week. Take not only cash, but checks & money orders

This is concerning [redacted]I'm sorry the customer that this is about-has been dissatified. I thought the issue was solved.The party we are discussing did send a note which I have enclosed copy of She did send an envelope & we sent a print out to her.However, she must have not gotten it....

The mail since 911 has changed rural mail route numbers stays so messed up & gets lost anymore.So I have made another print out & am taking it to [redacted] in area which she lives. Mailing it today.She is current with bill. We bill in the rear & so she is good & just owes for month of March 2017. She has always been a good customer & I'm sorry for this complaint.  If need anything else please don't hesitate to let me know. I don't like problems if I can help it.
