Hello, When [redacted] requested an estimate we asked him for an approximate measurement of the deck in order to provide an estimated price over the phone. Once the crew...

comes out to the home we verify the measurements of the deck and reconfirm he price. The deck was much larger that [redacted] indicated and the deck also had additional areas that needed to be cleaned such as latticework under the deck that were not described to us when setting up the appointment. We apologize for the change in price when they came out but our initial estimate is just that, an estimate, and until the measurements are reconfirmed no final price can be given. No contract had been signed or agreed upon and we apologize for any inconvenience. Regards Hugo F

I CALLED TO HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED AT MY HOUSE. I WAS GIVEN A GREAT PRICE TO HAVE 42 WINDOWS DONE. I SET APPOINTMENT.... APPOINTMENT WAS VERIFIED BY OWNER. 3 WORKERS ARRIVED WITHIN TIME FRAME. DISCUSSED THE PROJECT WITH WORKERS AND WHAT WE WHERE EXPECTING. WORKERS DO NO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH...HARD TO UNERSTAND..... ASKED THEM HOW MUCH MORE IT WOULD COST TO SCRAP ALL WINDOWS OF PAINT SINCE WE JUST HAD OUR HOUSE SPRAYED WITH PAINT AND THERE WAS SOME OVER SPRAY ON MOST OF THE WINDOWS. GAVE US A PRICE OF HOW MUCH MORE IT WOULD COST.. AGREED TO THE EXTRA CHARGES. WORKERS STARTED THE WORK... I MYSELF WAS NOT HOME AT THE TIME...I WAS AT WORK... MY MOTHER WAS THERE. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME AND STARTED TO PULL UP THE WINDOWS APPEARED CLEAN.. I LOOKED AT ALL WINDOWS AND EVERY WINDOW HAD STREAKS AND THE PAINT WAS NOT SCRAPED. I RECEIVED A FLYER WITH THE OWNERS INFO ON IT THAT SAID IF YOUR NOT HAPPY TO GIVE HIM A CALL BEFORE I WOULD LEAVE A REVIEW. I UNDERSTAND THIS AS I MYSELF AM A BUSINESS OWNER AND ALWAYS WANT MY CLIENTS TO CALL ME DIRECT SO I CAN MAKE THEM SATISFIED NO MATTER THE SITUATION OR COST. CALL THE OWNER DIRECT...NO ANSWER...I LEFT A MESSAGE. IT'S BEAN THREE DAYS AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER. THIS IS NOT PROFESIONAL PRACTICE.
