I ordered a tray from [redacted] about days agoThe phone number associated with this business is the same as the one listed for trays4ottomans.com here I have left four messages at this number and sent three emails requesting an update on the status of my order I have yet to hear anything from the company or to receive my tray I researched the supposed owner and got an address for the business in Sanford, FL I googled this address and discovered that this is an abandoned and boarded up house This business is fraudulent clearly and I am sure that I have lost the money I paid for the tray So, stay away from this business

I ordered a tray from trays ottomans back in JulyI e-mailed him to get a quote on a special trayHe immediately e-mailed me back with a quote and said as soon as he got payment he would start on my trayThat was July 17, He said it would take to weeks and he would make it beautifulI have e-mailed him times in the last weeks and even called and gotten no response! I have been scammed! This is not a business, it's a way of getting money out of innocent people!!! Never received anything! I paid $for nothing!!!

The company has charged me too much for international shipping and did not give me promised refund yet.I had shipped my stuff(about 5 cubic) on May 13 2014 through the company [redacted] which is in Chapel Hill for moving abroad. As all boxes being shipped, I paid 975 dollars check for the condition of door to door service. The owner whoes name is [redacted]) told me I just need to pay about total 300 dollars more for the entry fee when the ship arrives at the port, but the partner company [redacted] which is in [redacted] costed me almost 460 dollars which is for cleaning ship, keeping my boxes in the storage, and so on on July 23. In addition, I paid 132 dollars for the port entry service fee. I really regretted that I did not received the written contract about all details in which what kinds of payment should be made and the boxes would be delivered to my house with only certain amount of money being paid. However, the owner has admitted their mistake with which [redacted] charged for too much and [redacted] owner promised me on the day when [redacted] requested the money that I will get refund later after all the money is paid off. I trusted [redacted] and I paid 460 dollars to [redacted] and plus 132 dollars to port customs broker for port entry service. I got to pay about 300 dollars more than what has been told originally. The [redacted] emailed me he is talking and negotiating with partner company ([redacted] and [redacted] in [redacted])for the refund and I will get a refund within 1 to 2 weeks but it is getting 4 weeks since he assured me. I am getting afraid that he might end up making an excuse on the extra payment and not paying back to me. Please help me to get a refund of fair amount as soon as possible. As I know, if it is door to door service for shipping, customer does not need to pay for ship handling fee, but those are I am not sure about. Anyway, it is true that they treated me wrongly. Please warn owner of [redacted] that he can not avoid being responsible of what he told and what he promised me.Desired SettlementI am seeking refund from the [redacted] about the amount that I paid way too much.Business Response Customer was notified for custom broker charges and in-country charges that may occur from Korea custom. Customer was not over charged but for customer satisfactory we have issue refund for 100,000 Korea Won. which took time to process within company.
