Eads Square Apts

In response to this complaint, Eads Square Apts requested the information which we have copies in order to process an application for HUD Affordable Housing. We keep this information in our files per HUD guidelines while applicant is on the waitlist. We do not return the copies. We
need them for any possible government audit. This is standard procedure for HUD

I am rejecting this response because: I am not happy that my personal papers with my personal information are still in their possession. I am not living in one of their places so their is no need for them to have my personal information. I have not heard from them directly as to the return of this information. At this point, I am ready to contact the media and expose their practice to the public
