Dear Mrs***,Mr*** and his late wife *** *** both signed a five year sales and monitoring agreement and nowhere on the agreement is there any language regarding TV service (please see attached). My company Eagle Alarm does not in any way provide TV service to the public nor is
such services stated on the agreement he signed. Mr*** admitted to me, and I confirmed with the monitoring company Guardian Protection Services that his alarm system is functional and is still being monitored. What Mr*** neglects to mention in his complaint is that the alarm system he has in his home was provided to him at NO COST be Eagle Alarm in exchange for him agreeing to pay a $plus tax monthly service fee for consecutive months. He is only months into that agreement. My company paid for all the equipment and installation and because the equipment is used I cannot recoup that cost nor can I recoup the cost of the labor to install it. If Mr*** would like me to address issues with the alarm system we provided I am more than willing to do so but at this point he is making accusation regarding TV service which I am not responsible for.Please review the signed agreement.Sincerely,Paul B***Eagle Alarm*** * *** *** *** *** *** ** ***

As I stated in my original complaint Mr. [redacted], representative of Eagle Alaherm, provided me with brochures offering free TV if I bundled my security system with the TV service he would provide. Eagle Alarm is very aware of Mr. [redacted]'s fraudulent practices and in fact told me he had been fired. I later found this to not be the fact and that he was still with them. Many of my neighbors have had the same problems as myself and have cancelled their service with Eagle Alarm' I am sure more complaints will be filed with your office as well as the Attorney General for the State of Arizona. With scrutiny I am sure that these fraudulent activities will be uncovered.
