I have spoken with the customer and we will not only refund her but she will be able to ride free when she is able.I will also speak to the staff at our stables as this is not acceptable customer service. As the general manager of the property I am appalled at the way this customer was dealt
with.I have given her my number so that I can personally handle the situation
