I would avoid this company. They promised to do a wind mitigation report for me after we added new windows and doors. I provided them with all of the necessary documentation, and they proceeded to do nothing and refused to pick up my calls or return my messages, and failed to do the report for me, while my insurance premiums remained high. I finally had someone else do the wind mitigation, and it turned out that on the original wind mitigation report they had done for me, they totally missed a key wind mitigation step - strapping - that was in place. I can only guess that they were just lazy and didn't bother to discover this.
