I absolutely plowed Mr and Mrs [redacted] driveway for the dates invoiced. I would not sent an invoice for work that I did not perform. RE: January 26th/27th: it snowed heavily through the evening of January 26 to the late afternoon of January 27th. On January 26th I plowed the driveway at 11:45 pm. On...

January 27th, I plowed at 3:55 am. During the storm the winds were so strong that the blowing snow and precipitation would fill in the driveway. The snow banks were 4-5’ high from the town plows. Maybe the [redacted]s had difficulty seeing that the driveway had been plowed when they woke up that morning, but I definitely was there at the times stated. I returned to the [redacted] residence at 10:25 am to find that the driveway had been shoveled, so there was no charge for this visit. It continued to snow on January 27th. I plowed the driveway at 6:10 pm. On February 2nd, I plowed the driveway at 5:57 am . On Feb 2nd I plowed the driveway at 11:45 am. On Feb 2nd at 7:05 pm, the driveway was shoveled, so there was no charge for this visit. We sent out an invoice on February 3rd which covered the month of January 2015. On February 6th, I spoke with Mr [redacted] about whether we had plowed or not. I explained that I plowed on the dates and times listed, as stated above. At that time, he decided to cancel. I performed no services after the date. On March 1, 2015 we sent out an invoice for $80.00 for the February plowing. Lastly, I did not pressure them to pay their bill. The last time I spoke with Mr [redacted] was on 2/6/15. We simply sent out a statement on 5/31/15 for the unpaid balance. We received a check on 6/15/15 dated 6/10/15. Why did they send a check on 6/10/15 and then ask for it back through the Revdex.com on 6/12/15? Again, I absolutely plowed their driveway for the dates listed on the invoice.

Review: I did not get estimate in writing. [redacted] quoted me 150.00 to pull all weeds in my back yard, plant tree, plant 2 other plants, and spray round up and place sand between cobble stones on patio so weeds would not not come up.

Sand was not placed between cobblestones on patio, round up was not sprayed and plants were not planted.Desired Settlement: Do the job that was promised or refund all the money.
