I sent my husband in to the location on Division street in Springfield to make a purchase. Little did I know that there were insufficient funds on the pay card (ADP). My husband walked out of there after being told that they would suspend the transaction, which they have yet to do, it is still showing as posted. When I contacted the store, they said to contact my bank. The same was told to me by headquarters that there was nothing they could do about it. I have worked for banks with merchants and I know that the merchant should handle the refund.
My sincere apologies that you experienced this at our location. We do our best, but sometimes this happens with card transactions and the refund will be held up for any number of reasons with the different banks. The transaction seems to have been voided properly by our associate, however if the bank has still not cleared the transaction we are more than happy to refund the $2.07.
