Review: I have purchased cosmetic products (two bottles at different times) from online supplier (iherb)and found the products were defective. (Just used about 10% of the first bottle and the other is new and unopened.)I have been using the same products over a year but never experienced such problems. When I contacted the seller (iherb), they suggested to contact the manufacturer (Earth Science natural) directly. Manufacturer ; Earth Science Naturals Santa Barbara, CA 93140So I contacted the manufacturer, and they asked me to return the products with invoices to them at MY EXPENSE.so that they can process returns and make refund to me. Well, since I live in BC,Canada, the cheapest shipping cost would be about $13.The products (two bottles of serum) cost less than $30 in total. Due to the shipping cost, I requested the manufacturer that I would prefer to send photos of the products & invoices by email or if they want the actual products I would send them at their expense. They rejected this. I have suffered with their defected products (some breakouts on my face) and I just want my money back. Do I still have to bear the shipping costs? Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund plus any shipping costs to send the defective goods back if required.
