Sales guy, saw once, promisses promisses, did not get what was promissed. Installers, kinda seemed they knew what they were doing but not really. Was told "the manager" would contact me... Nothing yet. The unit didn't fit, wedged it in... Doors to access controls open half way... Bang my hands up everytime.
Tried to contact (no) service several times, no reponse. Take the money and ran.

The sales rep told us the pellet furnae came with electronics that automatically switch from pellet furnace to the existing oil furnace, but when the HVAC came over to inspect, he said it would be an additional $1,200, the furnace does not come with the electronics. We were decieved by the sales rep.

Review: Bought a replacement wood stove when WPS was offering a rebate program. First stove they brought was wrong one. Second stove is installed but not working. The chimney pipe is too short, will not draw. They did not do wiring, so I had to hire electrician to install speed control switches and wire stove. The switch they left says it is for a ceiling fan and gets extremely hot. I have been trying to get a new stove pipe (taller) and check if it is the correct switch. They will not return my calls. I am afraid to use the stove, even if I get the fire to burn, I am worried the switch will overheat and start a fire. Worst customer service EVER! I can't believe WPS approved this company!Desired Settlement: Fix my stove!

I had the opportunity to speak with Mrs. [redacted] yesterday regarding her concerns. This matter should be resolved as of today and I would ask that the complaint be marked as resolved and closed as long as Mrs. [redacted] is in agreement.

Review: Pellet stove not operating and company fails to correct the problem. Stove runs a high heat temperature. Stove not running at a low heat. Runs wide open at all times. Burns two bags of pellets in 8 hours. Upon purchase the sales person said it would only need one bag of pellets per day. Company should back their product. The stove was misrepresented upon sale. Business is not returning telephone messages left. Bad customer service issues.Desired Settlement: If problem can be fixed then I request a free service call. If problem persists, refund and return stove under lemon law.

Earth Sense Energy Systems Inc. (ESES) has been working with Mr. [redacted] since 9-2014. At that time he purchased a new pellet stove. Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] was not happy with that appliance and had ESES out to his home several times to clean, adjust, and check that appliance. In 2-2015 ESES made the decision to exchange the stove for Mr. [redacted] for a larger heater at NO CHARGE. Since that appliance has been installed, ESES has again been called to the customers home to clean, adjust, and check the appliance. ESES has now made a total of 7 trips to Mr. [redacted]'s home at NO CHARGE including the exchange of his appliance. We have not had to replace any parts on his stove and have only cleaned and made adjustments to his stove which is the customers responsibility. All of these items have been covered with Mr. [redacted] and are also included in the owners manual of the appliance. In my last conversation with Mr. [redacted] we made it very clear that we are more than happy to come out and service his stove, but can no longer afford to do so at no charge. If Mr. [redacted] is continuing to have trouble with his stove we can schedule a service call immediately, but there will be a charge for the service. Walked in as a total stranger and was treated like a long time customer. Justin was very transparent and gave a VERY fair deal as well as worked around my schedule to get things installed on time. Two weeks later I went back to get another pellet stove and this one was installed within 48 hours later!!!! Props to Justin and the entire Earth Sense crew.
