We include our warranty policy with every liner It clearly states that the 1st year of warranty is a full rated warranty and the liner is replaced free of charge if the defect is in fact due to a manufacture's defect It also states that after the 1st year is goes into a prorated warranty and the amount owed is based on the purchase price and how many years after purchase it is being replaced Fading is not considered a manufacture's defect and would not normally be covered We typically find that is caused by the in balance of pool chemicals However, in this case we were willing to make an exception for this customer and and warranty it anyways If she would like a replacement we are willing to replace it based on the warranty policy Unfortunately she did not purchase it from as, as we are the manufacturer, so we can not issue a credit towards a future purchase That would be up to Pool Supplies I have included a copy of our warranty policy Sincerely, David S [redacted] Operations manager
