I recently purchased a consumwr good and financed it with a different company. East Carolina Financial eneded up buying out my loan. I was never notified. I started receiving phonecalls saying my payment was late ( I was asked to share my credit card information online, although the company I signed a contract with had that information). Which was not the case since my payment was not due until a month later than the time I received my phonecall, and the fact that my payment was an automatic draft. I attempted to get some clarification from their manager who proceeded to call me names. I then was told that they had not seen the voided check which was why they called me about a late payment.

I have yet to recieve any information regarding my account with them, after being told that I was sent a "welcome letter," and information on how to make extra payments if needed.

I personally have no interest in doing business with this company for lack of professionalism.
