I was supposed to receive a refund of $from March I have called numerous times and still haven't received the refund My son had an appointment with Ms [redacted] back in March There was an unknown issue let with his [redacted] and I was told the charge for the visit was dollars and that it would be refunded when the issue with his [redacted] was resolved and the visit filedI have called numerous times each time I was told that I was indeed due the refund and it would be sent immediatelyI have yet to receive the refund
