The Repaint Specialists gave a written in home estimate (with the amount it would cost to paint his house), to the customer, which he referred to when he later called to book and confirm that he did want to proceed with painting. Only AFTER the...
job was completed did the customer complain about the cost. As to overcharging for the doors, not only did we NOT overcharge, but we took half the agreed upon price off painting the doors. He WAS also given the reduction of the Senior 10% discount which is clearly written on the estimate sheet. We are not sure why this is an issue, since it is clearly in the calculation. After the job was completed, the customer called back and asked us to do another quote for some wood panelling. After he (the customer) agreed to the cost, we sent a painter in. The customer at that time informed the painter that he would not be paying for the wood panelling to be painted. We told the painter to leave the home and not continue. Obviously the customer was attempting to get the work done for free prior to even having us estimate it. We have no intention of refunding any money to this customer as he agreed to the contract and price long before we ever began any work at his residence.

I am letting you know that I do not agree with their response. Because I have proof that they are wrong that they do not owe me any refund amount of money. Their advertisement says painting walls the whole house for the amount sum of 798.00. 2 coats of paintings. And they did not paint the whole house walls. And charged me the amount for painting the whole house walls. They was paid up in full amount for the whole house walls painting. 1200 sq ft and they charged me for painting the ceilings and the walls for 1200 sq ft amount. And my house is only 1040 sq ft. They owe me the refund amount for 160 sq ft for the ceiling painting and 160 sq ft for the walls painting. Because my house is only 1040 sq ft not 1200 sq ft. I have proof they owe me the refunds for those plus 5% G.S.T.
and they must and have to refund to me that amount of money off the 2590.00.
