Page(s)[redacted],We have received your letter regarding [redacted] [redacted]'s air conditioning complaint. We try our best to service all residents as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, Mother Nature has not been very good to us this season. With all the rain we have had, it has caused some delays.In regards to [redacted] [redacted], all personal information of our residents are kept confidential. We must have written consent before we can release any information. However, we can give a general description.1. Most work request are performed within 5-10 business days.2. A/c work orders are processed in order we received them. As we explained to[redacted] there were three ahead of hers.3. We prefer our HVAC maintenance to service our appliances due to warrantiesand materials.4. Our HVAC maintenance contacted her on 07.112117 and she stated a familymember has already repaired it.5, we received a voice mail from [redacted] [redacted], on the morning of O7I13/17, cancelinghe work that her alc has been fixed. Per our records, her air conditioner has been repaired and we have not heard from her.
