Water customers living on this particular road live at a higher elevation which WILL resultin not receiving high water pressure. The customers knew this many, many years back when thewater company installed a booster pump so these people living on this road could receive publicwater.

Review: I have on a regular basis have no water and or low water pressure. I have made multiple calls to the water authority and was first told that it was my house plumbing. So I being a widow took the authorities word and had my plumbing replaced. After replacement of my water lines I still experience the same issues. There are many days and nights I have no water to bath or wash dishes and the low to no pressure has caused issues with my dishwasher resulting in it not working any longer and my washing machine bareley working any more due to it having to run so long to fill up.I fear when I have no water my water heater will go bad so I have to keep turning off the breaker so it dont burn it up too. I have continued to call to get this resolved and have been told they know that its their fault because of willow creek water storage. And have no plans on how to resolve the issue. I have tried to have my house pressue washed and since the pressure is so low the machine wont run. The pressure is so low my shower head wont spray more than 1 inch from the shower head. My commodes take so long to fill and I am just so tired of dealing with these issues and not getting any help.Desired Settlement: I want to have the required water pressure that should be given all the time. I am tired of being told the same thing and them not doing anything about it. I want to be able to shower when I want and do laundry when I want.

Review: In the past 12 months They have Doubled they fees, With poor reason. They have passed a Hefty Fee onto the backs of All of their customers. People are outraged and there is 99% no option for 90% or more for the people they are supplying with water.Their " Board of Directors " , ( I have other names for them ) have approved fee after fee .Water bills that had been 25 to 30$ a month are now 50 to 60.I was told I now have a " meter fee" and They could not tell me what it is even for. It's an extra 10$ a month into their pocket. I have the same meter I have had for the last 6 years.It's not new.I didnt ask them for a new one.Yet I am being billed 120$ a year for something I1) Do not have2) Did not ask for3) Does not existNow put that 120 on the over 5000 people ( low balling number ) Thats $600,000 a year Into their pockets. While they give a nicely worded no meaning answer for it.People are also going to the P.U.C.And taking other actions.They also know that with the number of elderly in the area and families that are on a tight budget each month Have No MEANS of getting their water from any other source.We do not have another company to turn to, They have the area locked.It's not a business, it's a monopoly.Their Rating Needs to be an F They have Failed , I'll also be posting this complaint for others to readDesired Settlement: Remove the fees that they are bleeding people with . All they are doing is finding out what they can get away with , and how much people will take.First They decide to take out massive loans Then make the customers pay themIt's on bill as a Debt fee , They have also stated that Due to the upgrades that where done to save so much money they must raise the water rates to over 70% of what they where last year.A 70% increase with no reasoning.

Review: Many times a month our water is dark brown and/or dark yellow for days or hours at a time. You can't do laundry because it ruins all of your clothes by staining them brown. You can't cook, drink, or do dishes or bathe with the water for fear of falling ill. Also it stains anything the water comes in contact with, such as clothes, bathtub, toilet bowl, sink, etc. This has been reoccurring for years for ,y neighbors and myself and it's time for something to be done. I have pictures if needed. I also put a sample of the water in a mason jar and after a few hours the liquid separated and there were brown particles that settled to the bottom of the jar.
