I sent a package through this business on September *, The package did not arriveI began trying to contact the business After many attempts to communicate they finally answered, said they lost the package and would refund the mailing cost and pay for the contents (they said I would receive $altogether.) It has again been several weeks and no refund has arrived Once again they are unresponsive (not answering emails)
At this time, I have been contacted directly by East End Mailboxes & Beyond regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They said they would send me a check, but I have not received one.
