after trying to return an unused box of tiles I was told it was after the 30 days return policy. the problem is that because they split the order and the partial order took one month from order date the job was delayed, due to their inability to deliver.

Review: Had laminate floor installed 3/**/12. After a few months noticed boards separating in a few places. Contacted East End Tile & carpet to inform them of problem. They recommended fixing the problem in warmer weather (stating it had to do with cold weather installation. Started calling them in early April to set up an appointment. Numerous calls and stopping by the business to remind them of their promise to address this situation, they never once made contact with me. As of this date 11/**/13 --no response.Desired Settlement: Repair

Our goal is not only to resolve [redacted]'s concerns, but to do it at an exceptional enough level so as to earn her business again in the future. We will follow up on this record immediately upon the completion of [redacted]'s remedy.
