This place is a scam The owner is a local politician (Mike M***) who will lie to your faceI wish I knew what I was getting into before buying a vehicle here If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is They promise you a 6-month bumper to bumper warranty and 1-year engine warranty with every vehicle sold I purchased a car here several months back and have taken it back for "warranty work" multiple times for the same issues (vibration at highway speeds, check engine light on, leaking fluids, etc.) , only two of which (missing floor mat hook and stereo illumination) simple repairs...were fixed All they seem to do is postpone the extensive repairs and reset your engine light until your warranty is expired and it's no longer their problem I've scheduled appointments only to show up and be sent away on multiple occasions This purchase has become such a time consuming headache it's unbelievable! If I could do this over again I would take my money and buy a car from a private owner with paperwork to prove the typical *** maintenance was done (timing belt, water pump, head and valve cover gaskets) rather than risk buying a piece of junk from this place and having to deal with the endless headache

Review: I HAD BROUGHT A 2001 [redacted] OUTBACK TO THIS LOCATION WITH AN OIL LEAK ISSUE. I INFORMED THEM THAT I BELIEVED THAT THE OIL WAS LEAKING FROM THE TIMING BELT COVER. THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS INSPECTED THE ENGINE FROM ABOVE AND SAID THAT HE BELIEVED IT WAS THE HEAD GASKET AND QUOTED ME A PRICE OF 1450.00 TO DO THE JOB. THE WORK ORDER READ: CUSTOMER NOTES: OIL LEAKING. IF NEEDS HEAD GASKET, PLEASE DO. HEAD GASKET COMPLETE INCLUDES ALL PARTS LABOR AND FLUIDS. NEW WATER PUMP AND TIMING BELT. AS STATED IF IT NEEDED THE HEAD GASKET PLEASE REPLACE? JOB TOOK 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE. I DROVE CAR HOME AND LOOKED UNDER CAR AND SAW A COUPLE OF DRIPS ON THE GROUND. I TEST DROVE IT THE NEXT DAY OR SO. AFTER NEXT TEST DRIVE IT WAS INDEED, STILL LEAKING OIL AS BMUCH AS BEFORE. I THEN PUT CAR BACK ON LIFT TO SEE THAT THE OIL WAS LEAKING FROM THE SAME SPOT AS IT HAS BEEN. I CALLED [redacted] BACK AT THE REPAIR SHOP AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I HAD TALKED TO OTHERS THAT SAID OIL LEAKING FROM THAT AREA COULD BE OIL PUMP, OR ONE OF THE SEALS BEHIND THE TIMING BELT COVER. HE SAID IN HIS 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE (AS HE HAD SAID AT OTHER TIMES) THAT HE HAD NEVER HAD TO CHANGE AN OIL PUMP AND TO BRING CAR BACK AND HE WOULD FIX CAR. AFTER ONE WEEK OF NOT HEARING ANYTHING FROM THEM I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. I WAS TOLD " I THINK YOUR CAR IS ALL SET. IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD FROM US BY TWO THIRTY GIVE US A CALL BACK". I WAITED UNTILL ABOUT 3PM AND CALLED BACK THEY SAID CAR WAS ALL SETAND WHEN I ASKED WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM THEY SAID THAT THE PERSON WHO WORKED ON THE CAR WAS NOT THERE SO THEY WEREN'T SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, BUT CAR WAS ALL SET. MY WIFE DID CALLED BACK ASKED [redacted] WHAT THEY DID AND HE TOLD HER THET THERE WAS EITHER A GASKET, OR SEAL THAT WAS NOT IN PROPERLY SEALED BUT NOW IT WAS ALL FIXED. WHEN WE PICKED THE CAR UP THE NEXT DAY I LOOKED UNDER CAR AND DID NOT SEE ANY VISIBLE OIL AND SO WE TOOK CAR HOME WHERE WE SAW AGAIN SAME OIL DRIPPING UNDER CAR.Desired Settlement: PAY FOR REPAIR AT AUTHORIZED [redacted] DEALER
