We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint regarding [redacted] and hisprocedure visit to our center on 2/5/East Portland Surgery Center takes these matters veryseriously.Given that this is a medical case, we are bound by all Federal HIPAA regulations, and are notable to discuss in any detail the particulars of Mr [redacted] case.We can share with you that DrB [redacted] has a private practice as well as privileges at East PortlandSurgery Center for procedures that do not meet specific medical criteria to be performed in anoffice settingDrB [redacted] makes the determination with all of his patients where the treatmentshould be performed.Additionally, East Portland Surgery Center conducts an admission process for all of our patientsthat reviews privacy policies, consent of procedure, patient rights and financial responsibilityacknowledgements.We will be contacting Mr [redacted] directly to discuss his complaint further
