failure to honor warranty. Defective workmanship I purchased a pergola from lawn-masters 5/16. Even though they were way more expensive than other businesses for the same product I Went with them for the their warranty and because they were a Home Depot approved contractor. They couldn't do the install on the date scheduled because of rain It rained all week and they installed 10 days later. The installer said the wood had been stacked on a trailer in his driveway for 10 days after being freshly stained. He did the install and a few weeks later I was in my pool and I noticed that where the 8x8 posts had been stacked on one another there was a checkered pattern on the posts. The installer must have known it because the worst affected ones face away from the house where they would not be noticed. two posts have developed large splits I have been battling with the company for 3 months. They've sent people out 3 times to look at it. Said it was a warranty issue and restained 2 posts mak
