Staff very friendly during visit until they realized I was a medicaid patient. ETDA is a great place to go if you are privately insured and can afford out of pocket fees. I would not recommend for a medicaid ([redacted]) person to utilize this office. If they recommend a treatment plan that is based on your individual needs and it is not a standard covered medicaid procedure, they will change your plan of care to something medicaid will automatically approve. Dentist have the ability to ask for exceptions based on your individual needs, this office will not even fax over a simple document/request. I don't think they really want to deal with medicaid and you can get that feeling of being beneath their efforts
We had an emergency and the staff at East Texas Dental Group got us in and took care of the problem right away. Wonderful service that we are very grateful for.
