Hello, Today I want to discuss about a woman with the name of [redacted] and her complaint of her weaving hairOn 7:pm of March [redacted] and **, 2014, she came to complain about her hair and wants to get a new replacementI ask if I can see the receipt, but she says she left it at homeI told her she can come back tomorrow with the receipt, but she refuses to do so and demanded a replacementI needed her receipt, because I needed to see if the hair is really a merchandise from Ultra BeautyIn addition, our policy states that we can only take back a product, if it returned within days since it was bought, but she says that she had it for weeks after she broughtIt also states that it has to be returned in its original form, with its receipt, which she refuses to giveShe said she bought it in February **, 2014, and came back to complain days laterShe came complaining to me about a month later, (even though she says she complained two weeks from the time she bought is, we have a recording saying she complained at March *, 2014), while wearing the hairThis is unacceptable to be return and replaceThat’s like me buying a shoe that claims to be comfortable, then coming back a month later, while wearing the shoe, and saying I want a replacement because it’s uncomfortableLastly, she was overly dramatic and was too angry in our last encounterShe also broke a dollar mirror that, despite which side of the story is told, she brokeSo I called the policeIn conclusion, I want her to never buy from my store and I want her to pay for the damage she caused Sincerely,

complaint of her weaving hair. On 7:33 pm of March * and **, 2014,  she came to complain about her hair and wants to get a new replacement. I ask if I can see the receipt, but she says she left it at home. I told her she can come back tomorrow with the receipt, but she refuses to do so and demanded a replacement. I needed her receipt, because I needed to see if the hair is really a merchandise from Ultra Beauty. In addition, our policy states that we can only take back a product, if it returned within 4 days since it was bought, but she says that she had it for 2 weeks after she brought. It also states that it has to be returned in its original form, with its receipt, which she refuses to give. She said she bought it in February **, 2014, and came back to complain 42 days later. She came complaining to me about a month later, (even though she says she complained two weeks from the time she bought is, we have a recording saying she complained at March *, 2014), while wearing the hair. This is unacceptable to be return and replace. That’s like me buying a shoe that claims to be comfortable, then coming back a month later, while wearing the shoe, and saying I want a replacement because it’s uncomfortable. Lastly, she was overly dramatic and was too angry in our last encounter. She also broke a 329 dollar mirror that, despite which side of the story is told, she broke. So I called the police. In conclusion, I want her to never buy from my store and I want her to pay for the damage she caused.

Revdex.com,  From [redacted] Complaint involves:  - Product issues Customer's Statement of the problem: - I went to the store to purchase a hair closer in which the owner sold me one a 10 inch black outre closure in which he assured me that I could bleach and turn a blonde color; however I was not able to bleach the close it would not turn. It actually turned a green color. I took it back to the store on 6/22 and spoke with the same man that sold it to me. I provided the receipt and explained my issue and he refused to assist me he wouldn't even give a store credit for the 22.99 the cost of that particular cost (my total cost was 140.00) My concern is; in this complaint statement she did not mention or state stylist (Home Stylist) once, when she came to our store, she stated "Stylist tried to bleach the hair and it wouldn't bleach" and she demanded for exchange, first of all, in beauty supply businesses cannot re-sell the product consumer has already used, it is not returnable either. however I still tried to find a solution to solve the issue, I asked her respectfully if she can provide Stylist's information such as stylist's license, her response was "She is a Home Stylist" I replied said "If you can't provide the license information I cannot give you a refund or store credit" then she left the hair product on top the cashier's desk area, and she left using profanity toward me, how bad our business was and telling the customers we sell bad products, she left with harsh feelings toward our business and left us without working out for a solution, all she had to do was provide Stylist's information but she did not, I also have "UNOFFICIAL RECORDING and AUDIO" but she did not consent or sign the release form to use as evidence toward this complaint, however as a business owner, I would like to work out a solution for this matter. Each customer is valuable to us and means a lot to us.  On July 2nd Saturday of 2016 from 12:45 PM to 12:53 PM phone call lasted 6 minutes, I called of the respond of the complaint as a solution I requested for Stylist's information once again, however she now stated that Stylist is not a official stylist and she got upset for the fact I asked for Stylist's information again, she demanded the refund, also she used profanity saying [redacted] as of this point if she doesn't want to work out for her own good then we are out of options. This is [redacted]'s desired settlement:  "I would like ta (unedited from the mail) store credit or the same item in another color. FYI I left the defective closure with the store owner, so he has his bad product.
