I have several complaints with this company To start, my husband bought a semi from RES Truck Sales We were given a cash discount of $3,that we were supposed to receive a check for We only received a check for $1, When questioned about the remaining amount we were told the salesman was waiting on the bank When we asked the bank we were told that was between the dealer and us The first check was made out to us from the dealer We never have received the 2nd check
Next, during the purchasing process my husband pointed out a few issues with the truck and they made an appointment with the shop to fix it all During this appointment my husband was told the rear end was fine and it didn't need fixed A week later it started leaking terribly so he took it back in He was told to drop it off on Thursday night and it would be done Friday Friday afternoon my husband called and was told they were waiting on parts and it wouldn't be done until Saturday Saturday he ca
